Champagne Recruitment are on the hunt for a Graphic Designer who lives for layouts, breathes branding, and thrives in a design-heavy environment. At Trio Group Australia, their products might be all things hardware, plumbing, and gardening — but their visuals are anything but boring.

This Role Is Made for You If… You love the smell of fresh print and the click of a well-aligned grid. You’re happiest working with InDesign but can jump into Illustrator or Photoshop without breaking a sweat. You take direction well but bring your own creative flavour to the mix.

You’re excited by the idea of working on catalogues, packaging, digital content, product photoshoots, and more - and want to grow in a team that celebrates good design and even better teamwork.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Designing marketing materials across all their brands - from catalogues and brochures to product labels, flyers, trade show collateral, EDMs, and social media graphics.

Creating engaging visual content for digital marketing campaigns, including web, social, and presentations.

Conducting photoshoots for new products - this includes understanding lighting setups, camera angles, and capturing content both in studio and on-site.

Assisting senior designers with packaging, line drawings, product manuals, and other essential product assets.

Producing visual content for corporate events and promotions.

Helping shape and evolve brand guidelines.

Collaborating with the team to produce, film, and edit short product videos.

Maintaining consistency across all visuals by adhering to brand guidelines.

What You’ll Bring:

3+ years in a graphic design or related role.

Strong portfolio of print design work, with experience across catalogues, brochures, and packaging.

Digital design experience - confident designing for social media, web, and EDM platforms.

Ability to independently conduct product photoshoots using professional camera equipment and lighting.

Strong attention to detail and understanding of visual hierarchy.

Team player with a great attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.

Experience with 3D rendering or use of AI in design tools is a bonus.

You’re Comfortable Using:

Adobe Creative Suite — InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Microsoft Office — for occasional design-friendly Word and PowerPoint work.

3D design software (i.e. Blender; advantageous, not essential).

AI-powered design tools (bonus points for staying ahead of the curve).
