What the role involves:

Sourcing and nurturing landlord leads through various prospecting activities via phone, networking, referrals, digital marketing, and social channels

Booking and attending rental appraisals

Signing up new managements (with admin and PM support to take over once they’re onboarded)

Creating and maintaining referral relationships with brokers, accountants, buyer’s agents, and other key contacts

Keeping your pipeline tight and your follow-ups even tighter

What we’re looking for:

Someone with solid BDM experience in the real estate or property management space - At least 3 years experience

A confident communicator who actually enjoys relationship-building

Someone proactive — you won’t be waiting for leads to land in your lap

Organised, switched on, and motivated by results

Bonus if you’re already comfortable with PropertyMe and IRE
