About the Role
Applications are being sought from skilled and motivated Fencing and Balustrade Installers to join this dynamic team. In this role, you will install premium balustrades, fences, and other architectural products for a range of residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

Installation of aluminium, glass, and stainless steel balustrades.

Installation of gates, fences, privacy screens, and pool fences.

Perform on-site welding and metalwork, including custom fabrications. (on occasion)

Interpret and follow project plans and specifications accurately.

Collaborate with project managers, designers, and clients to achieve high-quality results.

Ensure all installations comply with safety and quality standards.

What We’re Looking For

No fencing or balustrade experience is necessary, but the following attributes are considered essential:

Proficiency in using hand and power tools.

Current White Card (Construction Induction).

Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport.

A positive and can-do attitude and ability to work in a team environment
