The role – Senior Contracts Administrator
We are looking for a Senior CA to be the commercial lead on an upcoming $140M apartment build located in South Brisbane.

You will be based on site with the rest of the team including your Project Manager and will report to the Construction Manager of the QLD business.

What we are looking for:

• The relevant experience to call yourself a Senior CA
• Previous experience with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 builder
• Residential apartment experience preferred but not essential
• Stability with previous employers
• Able to manage and mentor Junior CA’s where necessary
