We are excited to bring this brand new role to the market for a Pre Contracts Manager to join our client's businseses.

Join a leading electrical contracting company specialising in end to end solutions from design through to instlation. They have built a strong reputation Australia wide within the Mining & Industrial sectors.

This is a newly created position due to growth, a great oppourtinity to someone currently in either a Estimating Manager role or Pre Contracts or a senior candidate from either diciplines looking to make their step into managment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the estimating team for large electrical projects
• Over see the full precontracts and tender function for large-scale electrical infrastructure projects
• Provide leadership and mentoring to the estimating team
• Work in closley with other departments and managment including business development teams and the Director
• Technical Analysis: Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documentation to generate precise project estimates.
• Supplier & Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather market insights and ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Budgeting & Risk Management: Analyse project risks, optimise cost structures, and ensure tenders remain within budget constraints.
• Process Improvement: Continuously refine estimation processes, methodologies, and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with project managers and senior leadership to ensure seamless project handovers and successful execution.
