The Role:

This four-year apprenticeship will see you working fulltime within the northern suburbs of Adelaide, assisting to install glass for commercial and residential customers. This role will require you to travel between work sites

Upon successful completion you will have achieved a nationally recognised Certificate III in Glass and Glazing and gained the skills to take on any glazing job from start to finish.

Duties Include:

• Measure and cut glass
• Install aluminium frames
• Smooth and polish edges
• Fabricate and install glass and windows
• Glass repairs and replacement

About You:

• Strong problem-solving skills
• A reliable work ethic
• An eye for detail
• Ability to follow instructions and take initiative
• Great team player and can work independently

Role Requirements:

• Provisional or full driver’s licence with reliable vehicle
• Physically fit and healthy due to undertaking manual labour work
• Satisfactorily pass a pre-employment assessment, including a drug and alcohol test
• Previous experience or pre-vocational certificate (desirable)
