Your Role

We’re seeking a Machine Learning Engineer with experience in Cloudera or similar big data platforms to lead AI/ML work across critical government and defence projects. You’ll design, build, and operationalise machine learning models using Cloudera Machine Learning (CML), helping clients turn complex datasets into smart decisions.

What You’ll Do

Develop, train, and deploy ML models using tools like CML, Spark MLlib, scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

Deliver secure, scalable ML solutions in Cloudera and hybrid cloud environments.

Implement real-time and batch inference pipelines with full lifecycle governance.

Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and clients to integrate AI into business and mission workflows.

We’re Looking For

Experience with Cloudera Machine Learning (CML) or similar large-scale big data/ML environments.

Strong skills in Python, with comfort across key ML libraries and frameworks.

Familiarity with Spark, HDFS, and distributed computing platforms.

Understanding of AI/ML deployment, model governance, and system monitoring.

Ability to work in (or closely with) secure environments, especially for government projects.

Nice to Have

Baseline, NV1 or NV2 Security Clearance

Familiarity with CDP, SDX, Hive, or Impala.

Experience in Defence, National Security, or Health data programs.

Awareness of compliance requirements (e.g. IRAP, ISM, DISP).

Background in MLOps or CI/CD for AI.
