Launch Recruitment and working with an exciting scale up to find an experienced and passionate Senior Software Engineer with expert-level proficiency in C# and advanced skills in Angular to join our growing team. The companies systems manage large-scale data ingestion and real-time analytics using technologies like Apache Kafka and GraphQL. Salary: $180,000 - $200,000 inclusive of super

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using C# (.NET, ASP.NET, Entity Framework) and Angular (v19).
• Design and implement intuitive user interfaces with a focus on good UX that makes complex IoT data easily accessible and actionable.
• Develop and maintain robust real-time data processing pipelines using Apache Kafka.
• Design and integrate scalable microservices using event-driven messaging systems for efficient, real-time data processing.
• Build systems that handle large volumes of IoT data efficiently and deliver streaming analytics in real time.
• Implement scalable cloud-based architectures leveraging Azure.
• Create solutions that turn raw data into actionable insights, empowering industries to work smarter and more efficiently.
• Support and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Expert-level knowledge of C# (.NET Core, ASP.NET, Entity Framework).
• Advanced-level proficiency in Angular (v10+ preferred).
• Extensive experience with event-based streaming architectures and message processing systems (e.g., Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Event Hubs)
• Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (MSSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with cloud services (preferably Azure).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a creative, solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• A passion for innovation, continuous learning, and pushing technological boundaries.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with streaming analytics and data pipeline optimization.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with GraphQL for efficient data querying is very desirable.
• Knowledge of front-end UI/UX best practices.
• Experience with geospatial data and mapping solutions like Mapbox is desirable.
• Exposure to IoT platforms and protocols (e.g., MQTT, CoAP).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with machine learning and AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) would be a plus, but is not essential
