The Opportunity

• An industry leader in the construction, refurbishment and fitout sector – national presence
• Full order book for 2025 alredy with additinoal project opportunities coming their way
• You will be running two or three jobs concurrently, depending on size and complexity, and will be supported by a dedicated CA and PC.
• You will be overseeing projects from preconstruction to handover.

Your Responsibilities

• Project planning & programming - you will have input into the preconstruction phase
• Be the key contact with clients, building managers, subcontractors and other project stakeholders
• Budget management and being responsible for financial reporting and identifying profit improvements
• Ensuring project is delivered to specification and meets all HSE standards
• Leading and mentoring your project team

Experience/Qualifications:

• A track record in successful project delivery of commercial construction, refurbishment and fitout projects – D&C experience would be advantageous but not essential
• Outstanding client and stakeholder management skill – this company owes it success to repeat business and nurturing relationships
• Keen financial acumen with strong reporting skills – a CA grounding is expected, whilst you are likely to have a minimum of two-three projects experience at PM level.
