An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Client Services Manager to join highly regarded, boutique advice firm supporting the owner/principal advisor. This is an opportunity to work with a very well respected female advisor in a role that will offer progression to practice management.
The firm is an impressive inner east based business that boasts an enviable reputation, not only for provision of quality advice, but also for the work place culture and environment. Offering flexibility and a cohesive, stable small team, you will have the opportunity to take the reins of this role and make it your own while becoming a dedicated and committed right hand.
This role will be primarily responsible for supporting the advisor in the provision of the highest level of service to their portfolio of clients as well as implementation of advice, being a key point of contact to the clients, and introducing and managing offshore administration. Exemplary client service is required and previous experience working with a financial planning business is essential.
This role would be best suited to either a career CSM or an experienced CSM looking for a path to management in a boutique environment.
To be considered, as we expect a lot of interest, the essential requirements include:
3+ years in a client services/advisor support role in financial planning
strong Xplan skills
industry relevant qualifications such as DFP, ADFP or Bachelor's Degree
advanced computer skills and IT literacy
ability to build strong rapport with clients, other team members and third parties.
excellent personal presentation
exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
high levels of attention to detail and accuracy
commitment to either 3 or 4 days in the office
team player mentality and desire to establish strong relationship with advisor for the long term
close proximity to offer in Inner East preferred
