Easts have an opportunity for a motivated and accomplished HR Coordinator to provide administrative and generalist support to the HRM.

The ideal candidate will have strong inter-personal and administratve skills and a broad knowledge of Human Resource functions in order to provide timely and professional support to 120 staff across multiple business streams.

The Role:

• Provide administrative support using Microsoft Office, foundU and Safety Mates.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential human resource records.
• Co-ordinate & assist recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Prepare training and onboarding plans for all new employees.
• Schedule and coordinate post placement reviews.
• Maintain up-to-date job descriptions.
• Schedule & follow-up staff surveys.
• Respond to general HR queries (both in person and via email).
• Communicate & negotiate staff disputes, grievances, and personal matters in a timely, confidential and professional manner.
• Oversee roster & leave management.
• Catch and call staff in regards to rewarding achievements and calling behavior that does not meet Club standards.
• Assist with the planning and running of staff related events and activities.
• Coordinate work experience programs.
• Provide guidance regarding the interpretation of Club Award and internal policies and procedures.
• Schedule and participate in monthly WHS meetings and support all Club WHS initiatives.
• Maintain staff social media platforms.

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or similar and up-to-date knowledge of legislation.
• HR experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with foundU or similar HRM program.
• Hospitality background (preferred).
• Energy, enthusiasm and a genuine passion for developing potential.
• Experience in public speaking and facilitating groups.
• Professional and eloquent written and verbal communications skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Flexibility of working hours appropriate to the hospitality business essential.

$75-85k p.a. + super (neg based on skills/experience)
