About the role

We are looking for a Bottleshop Manager to join the team at the Drysdale Hotel. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel's "Thirsty Camel" Bottleshop, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

What you'll be doing

Managing the daily operations of the drive through Bottleshop

Providing excellent customer service and educating customers on the range of products available

Completing stock orders and ensuring shelves are stocked

Creating stock displays to promote weekly promotions

Carrying out regular stock takes

Scheduling staff

What we're looking for

Experience in a similar Bottleshop or retail management role

Knowledge of liquor licensing regulations and current RSA certificate
