Position: Leasing Consultant
Location: Logan Area
Salary: Up to $75,000 per annum + Superannuation

Key Responsibilities:

• Listing advertisements online.
• Client management (prospective tenants).
• Open for inspections.
• Private inspections.
• Landlord and tenant liaison.
• Application processing and listing administration.

Qualifications Required:

• Proven experience in a similar leasing role within a PM department.
• Strong knowledge of local rental prices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
• QLD real estate certificate, reliable motor vehicle/drivers license.
