Living Fire is looking for an energetic & ambitious individual to join our fast-growing sales team servicing our multiple showrooms.

Living Fire is a leading Australian supplier of premium local and European fireplaces. With 60 years of industry experience, we are proud to be Melbourne’s trusted source of the world’s most advanced wood, gas, and electric designer fireplaces.

We are looking for a motivated candidate who is highly focused on sales targets with an intuitive understanding of customer service relationship principles and the ability to communicate the technical aspects of our offering. The Role

Part time role 3 days per week including Saturdays across both locations.

Travel between and service the Richmond and Moorabbin showrooms.

Assist clients with sales enquiries both in person, via email and on the phone

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients

Assisting the sales team with all aspects of retail enquiries and sales.

Appraising annual sales from current customers and devising new plans for growth with existing accounts as well as plans for establishing new accounts.

Representing the company in its relationships with major customers, business partners and industry events.

What we are looking for:

A positive attitude and a natural ability to connect with people.

Previous sales and/or customer service experience

Willingness to work across multiple locations

Interest in Architecture and Interior Design (preferred)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Driver’s license is preferred due to travel between multiple locations

Very competitive salary based on experience.
