We're currently searching for a engaging and highly motivated Kindergarten Teacher to join our organisation in a full-time capacity.
Position details
· Job Number: R2612

· This is a full-time position, with the option to negotiate flexible working hours of at least 30 hours per week.
· Applicants may be eligible for up to $21,000 Department of Education Location Incentive
About the Opportunity
The role involves leading the development of an effective, inclusive kindergarten program that supports children's learning, is age-appropriate, and aligns with best practices and the vision of the Mildura Rural City Council.
What you will bring
Ideally the successful applicant will have the following:
- Hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education including registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) as an Early Childhood Teacher
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Early Years Learning and Development Framework, National Quality Standards, The Education and Care Services Law Act and Education and Care Services National Regulations is maintained and kept current.
- Hold suitable First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training that compiles with the requirements under the Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010.
Salary and conditions
The position is based on Part D of Council’s Current Enterprise Agreement and an attractive salary package ranging from $89,201 to $101,911 per annum plus statutory superannuation.
