Make high volumes of outbound calls to warm leads. No cold calling!

Have engaging convos to understand prospective student needs

Recommend the best-fit course or provider

Work toward daily targets: it’s a numbers game, and hustle matters

Contribute to a high-energy, mission-driven team

You’ll Thrive If You Have

Confidence on the phone and great listening skills

A passion for helping others succeed

Resilience, motivation, and a results-driven mindset

A knack for juggling tasks and staying organised

Previous call centre or phone-based experience is a plus, but not essential
