About the role

Arena Engineering is looking for motivated and skilled Apprentice Boilermakers to join our team. This is a full-time role, providing you the opportunity to complete your 2nd, 3rd or 4th year apprenticeship with our highly experienced and productive team.

What you'll be doing

Perform a wide range of Boilermaking tasks, including fabrication, welding, prepping, installation, repair and maintenance of various metal structures, such as, Vessels, Railway components, Bridges and other industrial equipment

Read and interpret technical engineering drawings and specifications to complete projects to the highest quality standard

Utilise a range of tools and machinery to cut, shape, join and assemble metal components

Work collaboratively in a team environment to ensure timely and efficient delivery of projects

Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills

What we're looking for

Currently undertaking a Boilermaking apprenticeship, with 2nd, 3rd or 4th year experience

Strong work ethic and practical skills, with a keen interest in metalwork and fabrication

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to the level of a 2nd, 3rd or 4th apprentice

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Strong willingness to listen, learn and take constructive criticism
