About the position

We are seeking applications for the position of Business Systems Support Officer in our Operations/IT team to provide technical and customer support to our national team.

•Location – Perth

•Salary at NAATI Band 4 level - $95,715 per annum plus superannuation

About you

Essential

•Strong and proven IT experience in medium to large organisation

•Technical document writing experience

•Experience administering O365, Exchange, Azure Active Directory and SharePoint Online

•Demonstrated record of performance and service delivery

•Proven ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment

•Strong project management skills

•Strong written communication skills

Desirable

•Microsoft certification

•Cisco Associate level certification

•Relevant tertiary qualifications

•Knowledge of NAATI business context and objectives
