We currently have an opportunity for a Mechanic to join our team .

About the Role:

Inspection of vehicles and running diagnostic tests to identify mechanical problems;

Troubleshooting of reported problems and resolution within a timely manner;

Ongoing liaison with the Store Manager & Sales Team regarding work being carried out;

Repair or replace broken or dysfunctional vehicle parts and rectify identified issues;

Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on customer vehicles;

Ensure that all repairs and maintenance work undertaken is carried out with the highest quality standards, in an efficient manner.

The Successful candidate will have:

Mechanical Trade Qualification and minimum 2 years post-trade experience;

Demonstrated diagnostic skillset;

Rego ticket (or willing to undertake training) and a valid, unrestricted drivers licence;

The highest level of integrity to align with our Company values and customer service excellence principles;

A team player attitude, and the ability to be highly motivated to work effectively within a dynamic team environment;

A high level of attention to detail;

Excellent knowledge of machinery and hydraulic, electrical and other systems and their components;

Aptitude in using various hand tools and precision measurement tools;

Physically able to undertake the inherent job requirements;

The ability to work some Saturdays (half day).
