Enriching Health is a thriving and growing allied health provider, established in 2023 alongside BCHP, our functional group and personal training gym that has operated from the same Panania studio since 2021.

We are currently seeking a passionate Physiotherapist to join our team, working under the guidance of our senior physiotherapist while gradually building your own caseload. Whether you are an experienced clinician or a motivated new graduate, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive and high-performing environment.

About Us

Enriching Health is a leading allied health clinic based in Panania, providing manual therapy and active rehabilitation to the general population. We work with private clients, Medicare, and WorkCover referrals, offering both 1:1 and semi-private sessions in a modern and friendly studio setting.

Our facility includes a fully equipped treatment room, gym access, and premium recovery equipment including an ice bath, infrared sauna, and compression boots. We focus on delivering quality care through hands-on support and evidence-based movement.

The Role

We are offering a flexible position across several days per week, with the choice of a permanent part-time or contractor arrangement. You will:

Work alongside our senior physiotherapist during onboarding and training

Begin to build your own caseload with continued team support

Deliver hands-on therapy and exercise-based rehab for a variety of clients

Work collaboratively with our in-house Exercise Physiologists

Optionally contribute to internal and external content creation (education or marketing)

Who We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physiotherapy

Current AHPRA registration

Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people move better

Confident in both manual therapy and exercise prescription

Open to motivated new graduates who are eager to learn and grow within a team
