Looking to escape the grind of clinic-based work and make a genuine difference in people’s lives? At Sydney Allied Health Group, we’re growing our Community Physiotherapy Team and looking for a passionate physio to join us on a part-time or contractor basis.

This is your chance to work autonomously, build meaningful relationships, and deliver high-quality care in home and group home settings under NDIS and Home Care Packages. You’ll be part of a collaborative, friendly team with consistent support.

Work Schedule Highlights

Flexible work: Minimum 4 hours to up to 24 hours/week

Shifts available across 2 to 4 days

Morning starts from 7:00 AM

Mix and match short shifts or full-day options to suit your lifestyle

Key Responsibilities

Deliver client-centred physio services in the community

Develop and review tailored treatment plans (including respiratory care)

Work closely with families, carers, and coordinators

Complete clear and accurate documentation

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Participate in team development and ongoing training

What We're Looking For

AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist

1+ year experience in community, disability, aged care or similar

Cardiorespiratory experience (preferred but not essential)

Current Police Check and valid driver’s licence

Access to a car

APA-recognised insurance

Great communication and time management skills

Independent, reliable, and proactive mindset
