Talent International, a leading Australian recruitment firm, have been engaged by our long standing client, a leading entertainment organisation. We are seeking a Senior Remuneration and Benefits Advisor.
Role Title: Senior Remuneration and Benefits Advisor
Contract Length: 12 month fixed term contract
Location + WFH Flexibility: 3 days in the office, 2 days' work from home (hybrid)
Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 +10% bonus (depending on experience)
Role Details:
- Strategic Guidance: Advising Line Management on remuneration policies and practices.
- Bonus & Share Plan Management: Overseeing bonus and employee share plans, including communication and administration.
- Remuneration Process Management: Leading the end-to-end remuneration review, benchmarking, and reporting.
- Benefits Administration: Managing employee benefits and superannuation plans, ensuring effective communication.
- Policy Development & Implementation: Supporting the development and implementation of new remuneration strategies.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Generating reports for Board Committees and internal stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Researching and resolving complex remuneration issues.
Required Skills and Experiences:
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, coupled with a relevant tertiary qualification
Previous experience working in Remuneration and Benefits within an ASX listed company essential
- Experience working with ASX incentives and shareholding
- Experience with Analytics and Excel modelling
