About Your Role:

As a Disability Support Worker at H1 Group you will be responsible for providing high- quality care to our Direct Care TAC/NDIS clients.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting clients with Activities of Daily Living
• Bowel care/Catheter Care and manual handling to be performed daily
• Community Access and Emotional Support
• Assisting clients with Behavior's of Concern
• Building rapport with the client and their family
• Can use their initiative while on shift and are reliable workers, who have good flexibility/availability for covering shifts.

Requirements:

• Experience assisting with ADL's.
• Female support workers needed to work ongoing with a TAC client in Maffra VIC.
• Manual handling and medication experience is mandatory for this client.
• Bowel care experience is mandatory
• Catheter care experience is mandatory.
• Able to commit to minimum x4 ongoing shifts per week with a direct care client.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current Police Check, First Aid and CPR certificate
• Reliability is super important for working with our TAC/NDIS/ICARE clients.
• Full VIC driver's license
