We're seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join a State Government organisation on a full-time temporary contract until the end of June. (potential for extension)

In this role, you'll provide essential administrative and billing support, ensuring accurate record-keeping and smooth revenue processes. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Processing billing transactions and maintaining accurate electronic records
• Liaising with customers and stakeholders to facilitate billing and payment processes
• Providing high-quality customer service and resolving enquiries efficiently
• Updating and managing information across multiple electronic systems

What we're looking for:

• Experience using financial systems or experience with accounts is desirable
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to problem-solve, prioritise tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism
• A keen learner who contributes to a friendly and collaborative team culture
• Availability to start ASAP
