4 days per week Monday -Thursday

We are very busy dental specialist practice with 4 periodontists and 5 hygienists located in Tugun. We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual with a previous background in the dental industry would be advantageous but would consider someone with medical reception experience, to join our very busy but professional team.

As you will be the first point of contact for our patients, you will need to possess a professional, warm, engaging personality, and have exceptional interpersonal skills.

The position is for Monday to Thursday and the occasional Fridays to fill in when staff are on holidays. This position is for an immediate start

Skills and Experience:

Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression

Booking and amending appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records

Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice

Handling payments

Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality

High-end patient care, building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a warm and friendly manner

Previous dental or reception experience minimum 2 years
