Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the risk domain within financial services? We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our client's team for a risk transformation.

12M Fixed Term Contract | Up to $165,000 package (inclusive of superannation)

Key Responsibilities:

• Document system changes in User Story format to support Risk system updates.
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications.
• Collaborate with vendors and technical teams to clarify and validate requirements.
• Support the uplift of Risk practices through effective system enhancements.

Experience & Skills Required:

• 5+ years BA experience
• Prior Financial services experience, ideally on a risk/regulatory change program
• Extensive experience in Risk domain as a Business Analyst.
• Strong expertise in documenting system changes on a vendor product.
• Proven ability to map processes to technical requirements.
• Prior experience in enhancing Risk practices via system updates

Candidates must be based in Sydney with office attendance 50% (CBD location).
