In line with our ongoing commitment to delivering service excellence and to meet the demands of our growing business, a new role has been created for an experienced a mid or senior level Scheduler/Estimator to join our team.
Reporting to our Estimating Manager, you would be an integral member of our Operations team.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate sales estimates for tenders and contracts for single and double storey new home designs.
  • Obtain quotes and prices for variations.
  • Prepare tender documentation for presentation to clients.
  • Maintain quality checks of all documentation to ensure accuracy and clarity.

The successful applicant will possess the following:

  • Minimum of 1.5 years in a similar role preferred, however, senior level applicants welcome to apply
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of Australian Building Standards, Council and Covenant requirements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Competent in systems such as Framework (desirable)
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Passion for delivering clear and concise communication to internal and external clients
  • Highly analytical with a strong ability to problem-solve
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
