To be successful, you will need:

Minimum of 4 years of PAE in a Litigation focused role (however, they are open to considering up to Special Counsel level);

Strong technical skills;

To be an efficient communicator;

Recent, relevant experience within a similar role; and

A hunger to continue learning and developing professionally.

Key responsibilities:

Manage a diverse caseload in commercial litigation, providing expert legal advice and representation;

Collaborate with senior lawyers and clients to develop effective strategies for dispute resolution;

Assist in the mentoring of a junior lawyer;

Conduct legal research, prepare documentation, and represent clients in mediation or court proceedings;

Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients and colleagues, ensuring excellent service delivery; and

Contribute to a positive team environment and foster strong client relationships.
