Your Role
As our newest Speech Pathologist, you’ll work with children aged 2-16. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting initial consultations with parents or caregivers
Collaborating with families to set child and family-centered goals
Designing and implementing strength-based therapy plans
Liaising with other professionals involved in the child’s care
Providing therapy in the child’s natural environments, including homes and schools
Learning and conducting standardised speech pathology and developmental assessments
Creating engaging resources for therapy sessions and home programs
