About the Role:
MSS Security is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our security team in the beautiful Denman region of Regional NSW. As a Site Supervisor, you will work closely with the Site Manager to oversee and coordinate security operations, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all employees, visitors, and the local community.

You will play a pivotal role in managing daily security functions, ensuring high standards of customer service and team performance, while maintaining the safety of the site and its surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a dedicated team of 10 security personnel to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist the Site Manager in daily management and coordination of security services.
• Oversee the induction and training of new staff, ensuring compliance with relevant security protocols.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues from staff, visitors, and the community, escalating concerns as needed.
• Conduct regular briefings to keep the team updated on key information and any site-specific procedures.

Qualifications:

• Certificate II in Security Operations.
• NV1 Clearance
• Valid NSW Security Licence.
• NSW Driver's Licence.
• First Aid and CPR Certification.

Personal Attributes:

• Calm and focused under pressure, with a strong ability to manage high-stress situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with a diverse community.
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of security procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
