We’re seeking experienced Spray Painters with an automotive or marine industry background to join a dynamic, fast-paced team! If you have hands-on experience painting complex surfaces and are committed to high-quality results, this is your chance to step up in a leading manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Surface Preparation: Ensure surfaces are prepped to perfection before applying coatings
• Painting: Follow precise specifications for flawless paint application
• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain tools and spray painting equipment in top condition
• Quality Inspections: Ensure the finished product meets our exacting standards

What We're Looking For:

• Automotive or Marine Industry Experience in spray painting
• Surface Preparation & Coating Application Qualification (or similar)
• Experience with Multi-Colour Designs using 2K products
• Attention to Detail with a proven track record for delivering high-quality results
• A Passion for the Trade with a commitment to safety and excellence

Working Hours:

• Day Shift: 6am - 4pm
  
  

• 4 Day Work Week: Monday - Thursday
  
  
• Overtime Available: Friday & Saturday (5am - 12pm)
