About the role
Monte Farms' is seeking a full-time Agriculture Horticulture Mobile Plant Operator to join our team in Lancelin, WA. In this crucial role, you will be operating and maintaining a range of mobile equipment to support our horticulture operations across the region.

What you'll be doing

Safely operate and maintain a variety of mobile plant equipment including tractors, harvesters, and other machinery

Perform pre-start checks and routine maintenance on all equipment

Assist with preparing fields, sowing crops, and performing other horticulture tasks as needed

Collaborate with the wider horticulture team to ensure efficient and effective operations

Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

Relevant qualifications and experience in operating agricultural and horticulture mobile plant equipment

Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and maintain machinery

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to safety

Effective communication and teamwork skills

A valid driver's licence and willingness to work in a regional location
