We are a young and rapidly growing Security / AV company specialising in the design, installation, and maintenance of cutting-edge systems, including cameras, data, access control and home automation. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Systems Technician to join our team.

About the Role

As a Security Systems Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of security systems for our commercial and residential clients. You will also provide technical support to our customers and work closely with management to ensure that our clients' needs are met.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test security systems, including cameras, data, and access control systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair security systems.
• Provide technical support to customers.
• Work closely with the sales and project management teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed.
• Adhere to all safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience with the installation and maintenance of security systems like Inner range, Hikvision, NYX,
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Security and cabling license preferred (or ability to apply for this)
