Your New Role
As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing commercial construction projects from start to finish. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage site operations, coordinate trades, have a high level involvement with the enforcement of safety standards, and drive program schedules. Given the nature of the work, travel is essential, with long stays in regional locations preferred.

What You Need to Succeed

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on commercial projects of similar scale.
• Preferably a strong background in carpentry, site supervision, and/or civil works.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, scheduling, and safety regulations.
• Ability to manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams effectively.
• Strong communication skills as you will be the eyes and ears for the builder on site.
• Willingness to travel and commit to extended stays in regional locations.
• QBCC license preferred but not necessary
