Job description:

Looking for a role that fills your cup? Good news, T2 Tea is looking for a Graphic Designer (Campaign & Product) to join its passionate team!

About the role

The Graphic Designer (Campaign & Product) is primarily responsible for delivering inspiring and market leading creative to support our product range across brand and campaign. Tasks may include:

• Creative concept development for product lines across teawares, teas & gifting
• Assist with print & digital collateral to support the product range through campaigns and brand (ie. Window decals, brochures, instore collateral and graphics for online)
• Finished art for outputs across product and campaign.
• Assisting Head of Creative on art direction on photography shoots

Key Responsibility Areas

• Present fashion and lifestyle trends, ideas, mood boards and colours to the product teams to ensure that all product is unique and evolving.
• Creative concept development, design, illustration and finished artwork for teawares, campaign teas, campaign gift packs and campaign collateral.
• Working closely with the Product Buyers and head of creative to produce on brand T2 unique ranges.
• Assist with design and finished artwork for all packaging and ensure that everything is set up ready to hand over for print.
• Effectively manage own time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently and on time in line with critical time path as set out by Production Coordinator and Head of New Product Innovation.
• Assist Head of Creative with campaign concept development & art direction across experiences and products

About You

• Strong illustration skills
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite with strong skills in Adobe Illustrator
• Able to role out a concept from creative direction to finished art
• Experience with pattern creation and rollouts on product & packaging
• At least 5 years experience in a creative design role
