As our Care Services Manager – Ovens Murray, you’ll lead the people, systems, and strategy behind our Continued Care Residential Houses - homes that run 24/7 with a single goal: to offer young people a stable base and a fair shot at a better future.

You won’t just manage a program.
You’ll shape care models, grow leaders, drive innovation, and influence policy — all while working alongside a dedicated team and community that genuinely cares.

What You’ll Be Doing

✅ Lead and coach Team Managers across multiple residential houses
✅ Shape strategic direction and embed best-practice care models
✅ Build trusted relationships with DFFH, community services and stakeholders
✅ Drive program growth, innovation and funding opportunities
✅ Create a culture where staff feel valued, supported and accountable

What You Bring

• A relevant tertiary qualification (Social Work, Psychology or similar)
• At least 2 years’ experience managing and supervising staff
• A deep understanding of DFFH frameworks and residential care standards
• A calm, values-led approach to leadership - even when things get complex
• A passion for building strong systems and strong people
