Your new role

As a Senior Associate - Estate Planning, you will be responsible for:

• Drafting and reviewing legal documents including Testamentary Trusts, Wills, Powers of Attorney & Guardianship, and Advanced Health Directives.
• Advising clients on estate structuring and asset protection strategies.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients, referral partners, and industry professionals.
• Providing training and mentorship to junior lawyers and legal support staff.
• Contributing to the firm's growth through seminars, networking, and client education.
  
  What you'll need to succeed
  
• Extensive experience in estate planning, succession law, and asset protection.
• Proven ability to draft and review complex legal documents.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Experience in training and mentoring junior staff.
• Excellent communication and networking skills.
