About the Role
Located in Toorak, this practice is one of the most recent acquisitions, offering a boutique, high-end optical experience. The practice boasts a curated selection of luxury eyewear brands and provides tailored eye care with a strong clinical focus. The ideal candidate for this role will bring a balance of management skills, business acumen, and a deep understanding of premium optical services. You will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving practice performance.

Skills & Responsibilities

Oversee a dedicated team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. You'll lead by example, ensuring that staff are motivated, trained, and aligned with company values.

Ensure that each patient receives personalised, top-tier service. Your expertise will guide the delivery of care that prioritises patient outcomes.

Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across clinical and retail services.

Manage scheduling, training, and development for the team, with a focus on creating a culture of excellence.

Work with senior leadership to implement business strategies that improve patient satisfaction and drive practice success.

Ideal Candidate
We are seeking someone with experience in an independent optical setting, who understands the specialised service that such practices offer. While experience in larger optical chains is not a barrier, this role is best suited to someone who is looking to offer a more bespoke, customer-focused experience and who aligns with the company's values of patient-first care. Strong leadership skills, a passion for high-end retail, and an ability to balance clinical and retail environments are essential for success in this role.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: $85,000 - $90,000 (negotiable based on experience)
