We’re looking for a driven and experienced National Sales Manager to lead our business development strategy, build our presence in key markets, and take our commercial sales to the next level.

The Opportunity

This is a senior, strategic sales role for someone who thrives on autonomy, growth, and results. You’ll be responsible for developing and managing national accounts, generating new leads in the design and construction industry, and building a high-performing sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Lead national business development across architecture, interior design, hospitality, and construction sectors
Drive sales strategy and manage key relationships with architects, developers, project managers, and specifiers
Identify and secure new opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, cold calling, and attending industry events
Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure proposals and product solutions meet client expectations
Manage and maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting
Travel as required to service clients and attend trade shows and industry events across Australia

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in a senior sales or business development role – ideally in design, architecture, construction, or commercial interiors
Strong network within the architecture and design industry
Confident in lead generation, negotiation, and client management
Experience managing national or multi-state sales territories
Self-starter who thrives on building relationships and closing deals
Comfortable with CRM platforms and digital sales tools
Willing to travel interstate and attend trade expos as required
