About the Role:
Our 24/7 centre is in the heart of Parramatta CBD, close to public transport. At the Ventia Operations Centre (VOC), we work closely with a diverse range of clients by providing quality customer service via inbound, outbound (no sales) and email correspondence. We have multiple casual positions available working full time hours to start ASAP for a two-month contract.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Monitoring our system for assigned work and tickets requiring prompt action.
- Provide clear support and assistance to clients and subcontractors through inbound and outbound calls.
- Updating systems with the latest information from clients and management.
- Performing data entry tasks.
- Resolving various types of tickets efficiently.
About You:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience in a customer service role previously
- Comfortable using new systems and have basic knowledge of Microsoft suites
- Ability to monitor and interpret key performance indicators
