About The firm:
Our client is a dynamic and growing 30 Lawyer Sydney CBD based law firm with a strong focus on providing comprehensive legal services to a diverse clientele, including emerging, mid-market, and listed corporates, family offices, private equity, and venture capital firms.
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Litigation Lawyer to join our clients' expanding team. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex and high-value litigation matters across a range of sectors, including technology, healthcare, financial services, and resources. You will play a key role in advising clients throughout the entire litigation process, from initial case assessment to trial and post-trial proceedings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and conduct all aspects of litigation matters, including pre-trial preparation, discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeals.
- Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of litigation matters, including commercial disputes, contract disputes, tort claims, and professional negligence claims.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on complex legal issues.
- Represent clients in court and at mediations and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
- Draft and negotiate pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Manage and mentor junior lawyers and paralegals.
- Contribute to business development initiatives.

Skills and Experience:
- 5 + years of post-qualification experience in litigation, preferably within a reputable law firm.
- Proven experience in managing all aspects of litigation matters, from inception to resolution.
