HR Bulk Truck Driver - Arundel

The Role:
Toll People are currently seeking experienced HR Driver to work from our Arundel depot. You will be responsible for delivering of Bulk General Freight within the Gold Coast district. Must hold a minimum of 2yrs HR Driving experience as well as experience in Multi Drops & Load Restraint. This role is also seeking drivers who hold a valid HC Lic as well for some HC Driving work when required

You will be working Monday - Friday commencing 7am approx for on-going employment with a view to Full Time Employment.

Morning shifts are available. Base rate is $41.38 per hour + penalties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Extensive local knowledge
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Ability to complete Multi Drops within and around Gold Coast
• Keep your vehicle clean and presentable and ensure relevant maintenance and safety checks are carried out regularly

Skills & Experience:

• Current HR/HC drivers license with 1yrs exp
• Tailgate experience
• Multi Drop experience
• Open license as needing to driver between Manuals & Autos
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of Load Restraints
• Co-operate with your employer to ensure all safe work procedures are adhered to
• Observe and practise correct safe work methods
• Immediately report any unhealthy and/or unsafe working conditions, hazards, equipment, or practices to your manager/supervisor and make suggestions on improvements
• Immediately report to your manager/supervisor all injuries, illnesses, incidents and near misses - no matter how minor
