We are a community-based, not-for-profit organisation that puts our residents and their families at the forefront of all we do. We are currently recruiting a Housekeeping and Laundry Team Leader to work full-time at NoosaCare's Kabara site in Cooroy, QLD.

Key responsibilities include:

· Supervise and report against the delivery of high-quality cleaning and laundry services.

· Support recruitment and of new starters and ensure staff have undertaken their required learning and development and understand the expectations of their roles.

· Support rostering provisions for staff to ensure that resident housekeeping requirements are maintained.

· Ensure all staff are aware of health and safety requirements and report and support the management of any hazards and incidents.

· Work collaboratively with department heads to resolve issues.

About You

NoosaCare is looking for candidates that have an interest in aged care and making a difference in people's lives. Essential requirements are:

• Strong communication skills.
• Previous experience in leading a team
• Previous experience in Housekeeping.
• Effective planning and organisation skills.
• Current criminal record check or the ability to obtain prior to starting.
• The right to work in Australia.
