Lead a Multidisciplinary Team and Drive Positive Mental Health & AOD Outcomes in the Upper Hunter
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor to oversee and guide a multidisciplinary team, embedding evidence-based mental health and alcohol and other drugs (AOD) services in the Upper Hunter. About You
You are an experienced leader passionate about driving positive change in mental health and AOD services. You thrive in collaborative environments and excel in team supervision, stakeholder engagement, and service governance.
Key Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Mental Health Nursing, Social Work (with mental health accreditation), or a related discipline
- Relevant professional registration (e.g., AHPRA, AASW)
- Minimum of 2 years' experience supervising a multidisciplinary team in mental health and/or AOD services
- Strong understanding of mental health and AOD service delivery, governance policies, and procedures
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and conflict management skills
- Proven ability to develop and maintain stakeholder relationships
