We are excited to be recruiting for a dynamic, growing Architectural studio with a very strong reputation in Sydney for delivering award winning Residential, Public and Commercial Architecture. Our client is looking for an Associate Director or Director who is looking for that next step up in their career and wants a new challenge!

Well established in Sydney with a great range of award winning projects both locally and overseas, this practice are at a medium size with plenty of scope to grow. Due to recent success and expansion of their office in a short space of time, they have a need for someone to take the pressure off their busy Director and step into a senior management role.

Our client is looking for a candidate that can take on senior responsibility for the day to day running of the business, you will understand how an Architectural practice operates and be happy to take on resourcing and management of staff, client liaison and other project related duties. You will be fully immersed in the daily goings on within the studio, knowing each team member and project and ensuring the smooth delivery of works across a range of sectors. The right candidate will also have exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Their portfolio compromises high-end apartment buildings, mixed use Residential, adaptive re-use and public projects. They have built a fantastic team of carefully chosen Architects and Interiors Designers who are all extremely passionate about what they do under the mentor-ship of a great Director!.

This a great opportunity to take on a key position within a growing, vibrant studio and help the practice continue their development.

Salary will range from $180k to $230k+super (plus bonuses) depending on your suitability and level of experience for this role.
