Located in the South East of Melbourne, our innovative approach simplifies the process for patients subscribing to medicinal cannabis services.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a passionate and skilled Dispensary Technician to join our expanding team. Reporting directly to our Pharmacy Operations Manager, you will be collaborating with pharmacists and technicians, to support their duties, which include dispensing medications, handling orders, and managing patients on our platform.

It is essential that you have either a valid Australian Certificate IV in Community Pharmacy or a Dispensary Short Course certificate.

What your responsibilities would include:

• Dispense and prepare orders utilizing our own pharmacy portal tied to our platform
• Collaborating with our medical team and customer service team, and assisting with any queries
• Supporting our pharmacists and team with their duties, which include dispensing prescriptions, record keeping, and dispatching of orders.

Job Requirements

To be considered, you must meet the following criteria:

• Dispensing Technician background (2+ years experience would be highly desirable)
• Appropriate certificates and qualifications as a Dispensary Technician
• Rights and ability to work full-time in Australia
• You must be available SATURDAYS on rotation
