What your Job Responsibilities will be:

Provision of skilled and quality in-home nursing:

• Catheter insertion experience (IDC/SPC) and wound care knowledge
• Provide a premium care experience to our clients that is genuine, compassionate and personalised
• Deliver care following the client's care plan that has been developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse)
• Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly.
• Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly.
• Conduct Nursing Assessments
