Client Services Officer (CSO)

Avia Homes is a young dynamic team who is seeking a Client Services Officer, who has a positive can-do attitude, on a full-time ongoing basis.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing client experience & communications from Commencement on Site to Handover
• Communicating milestone phase update to clients
• Coordinating Practical Completion & Handover process
• Low level ad hoc onsite variations
• Construction File Document Control
• Adhering to contractual documentation in line with the build contract
• Providing support to the onsite construction team
• Use of project management system Buildertrend

Ideally, we are looking for someone who has:

• Proven ability to work in administration role in a customer focused & time critical working environment
• Strong communication and liaison skills
• Effective time management and prioritisation skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle and deescalate potential issues
• Strong computer skills
• Highly organised – ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A passion for working in the building industry
• Quick learner with a proactive attitude
• Building knowledge would be an advantage
