This represents an extremely rare senior opportunity with a leading accounting firm based on the Sunshine Coast.

This accounting firm has been in operation for many years and are well known in the community for the expert advice they provide their clients.

This firm has an exceptional office culture with many long term staff members.

POSITION

The position of Manager has been created to provide support to the Partners.

The role will involve:

• Manage a high quality SME client base $500-1m based on ability
• Manage a motivated team of accountants
• High level tax compliance and advisory
• Attend networking and business development events to grow the firm's brand

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

• CA/CPA qualified
• 8+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
• Strong technical tax knowledge
• Previous experience managing staff
• Strong client relationship management experience
• Exceptional communication and presentation (non negotiable)
