PLUMBING WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT

About the role

We're seeking a Plumbing Warehouse Assistant to join our team at BP Plumbing in Clayton, VIC. This is a full-time opportunity plus overtime where required payed above award rates to play a key role in supporting our busy plumbing business.

What you'll be doing

• Managing inventory with a focus on accuracy
• Assisting with delivery management
• Plumbing assembly work
• Invoicing materials via our software system
• Receiving, unpacking, and storing incoming deliveries of plumbing supplies and equipment
• Picking, packing, and dispatching site orders in a timely and accurate manner

What we're looking for

• Someone to be the direct assistant to the warehouse manager
• Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics role, preferably within the plumbing industry
• Strong organisation and time management skills
• Decent computer skills and experience using inventory management systems
• A forklift licence would be highly advantageous
